The ordering process and delivery were excellent and very fast.

During assembly, I noticed that the handlebar/stem cable is visible and appears to have a mark on the outer insulation near the top of the stem. I have attached a photo for reference.

At the moment, I have not completed the assembly and I have not used the scooter. Before proceeding, could you please confirm:

1. Whether the cable condition shown in the attached photo is normal and safe.
2. Whether I should avoid using the scooter until it has been inspected.
3. Whether you can arrange a repair/inspection, or provide a replacement if the cable insulation is damaged.
