The products are in excellent condition. I'm pleased with the performance of my iPad 12.9 4th generation. It was very easy to transfer all my files because of iCloud. My only concern was the delivery process. It took 3 days longer than stated and it was vey difficult to communicate for help because AI is useless! After hours of searching online, I finally found someone who would attend to the matter. I'm very disappointed in UniUni for delivery where other purchases (MacBook Pro 2024, iPhone Pro Max 16) used Canada Post and FedEx.
