Saw Reebelo thru a sponsored ad, found out they were refurbished items which I didn't mind, particularly given the price. I wasn't after the latest or greatest laptop, but just an upgrade and I found the perfect one at an outstanding price - too good to ignore, so I bought it not knowing the full specs of the actual item.And it arrived the next day, with express postage. Quick and easy checkout, with extended warranty too. 
There is two things I think the site can improve on:
First, is specifying exactly what components are in the laptop ie is it a FHD or 4K screen. With some components, like the screen, it does provide generic options that are available for that series laptop. Thankfully, my laptop came with the high end 4K display AND turned out to be touchscreen too. Bonus.
Second, it didn't include the original AC power charger but they threw in a USB-C adapter to charge via its Lightning port. Not ideal as it only charges at half the power rate and also takes up a good port. But they didn't specify that either when doing the purchase.
But their communication is quick and efficient and they have looked to resolves my issue through a partial refund or other means.
Overall, really happy given the speed and ease of the transaction and the price of what I got. Even with the 2yr extended warranty it's a bargain.
They could just use a little more transparency about what exactly your are getting with your purchase.
